The site comprises of an 800sqm supermarket, 350sqm of specialty tenancies and a 75 place child care centre. The design outcome included a contemporary designed shopping village inclusive of a vibrant yet low maintenance colour scheme.
The largest mixed use office and retail development on the Sunshine Coast, Kon-Tiki consists of 2 towers of approximately 18,000m2 of office, retail and medical use. Whilst each tower is positioned on separate allotments, the development incorporates a double basement spanning both sites and houses in excess of 400 cars.
The IGA is part of the completed renovations and additions to North Buderim Marketplace which has provided a much needed facelift to an old and tired neighbourhood shopping destination. The new centre also contains revised specialty shops and improved car parking.

The Lexus showroom at Springwood occupies a prime site alongside the busy Pacific Motorway and commands attention with a sweeping cantilevered roof form. To add scale to the site, the project was incorporated over two levels.
The alterations to the Infocus office building in Maroochydore saw a 50% increase in the site area, and a 100% increase in the gross floor area. The building height was increased to 3 storeys above the basement.
Significant changes to the existing structure were needed to upgrade from the current 3 car showroom and 4 bay workshop. The new development included a standalone showroom for up to 20 cars, sales desks, reception and waiting areas, several offices, boardroom, car delivery, customer lounge and amenities, staff areas and external vehicle display.
The first showroom designed by BRD Group for Lexus produced a high quality signature building which received positive feedback from the Lexus Australia, the local authority, and Lexus International, setting the benchmark for future new Lexus showrooms in Australia.
This large vehicle depot at Brendale designed by BRD Group consists of administration, storage, loading and workshop areas and an outdoor storage area holding over 1000 vehicles.
The K1 signature office building was designed in a contemporary style and reflects on the Sunshine Coast's vernacular style.
The brief for this mixed site commercial development at Ormeau was to include a 7 Eleven service station, KFC, Zarraffa's drive-thru, and 2 medical tenancies within the design. A comprehensive design process by BRD Group was required to incorporate all the various tenant structures and guidelines into the overall development.
The commercial development at Sippy Downs was designed within a residential hub on the outskirts of the Sunshine Coast and incorporated numerous commercial tenancies, including First Choice Liquor, Sam's Warehouse, Subway, ANZ Bank, Commonwealth Bank and Joyce Mayne to name just a few.
