INTERIOR DESIGN

DESIGN MANAGEMENT
When it comes to design management, it is critical to have experience and expertise from inception to completion. Our design management team have over two decades of practice and knowledge that is second to none and supported by independent third-party certification. BRD Group hold a PQC Level 3 rating with the Queensland State Government for building design work and are internationally accredited through the BSI International with respect to AS/NZ ISO 9001:2015. These accreditations hold us to international standards on all our projects.
Our design management services are all-encompassing as we join you in the building journey from the initial consultation through to final certification. When appointed to manage the design process, we will partner with you to achieve the best outcome from your build. We step you through and support you with the design, building certification and approvals, allowing you to turn your ideas into reality. We take care of the project through scheduling and managing project specifications to the contract administration ensuring everything is compliant. Once all the paperwork is finalised, we manage progress and site inspections, including any defect inspections and reporting where necessary.
