Appointment of Two New Directors
BRD Group is proud to announce the appointment of Andrew Mullamphy and Jamin Samios as Directors, marking an important milestone in the continued growth and evolution of our leadership team.
The appointments recognise two long-standing members of BRD Group who have built their careers within the business and made significant contributions to our projects, clients, people and culture.
With Andrew approaching 25 years at BRD Group and Jamin reaching 10 years with the business, their progression to Director reflects both their individual achievements and BRD Group’s commitment to developing leadership from within.

Strong leadership is built on more than technical expertise. It comes from understanding clients, supporting teams, navigating complex projects and maintaining the standards and values that define a business.
Andrew and Jamin have demonstrated these qualities throughout their careers at BRD Group.
Today, both hold key leadership positions across our Queensland offices. Andrew is Director and Senior Building Designer within our Sunshine Coast office, while Jamin is Director, Quality Control and Senior Building Designer within our Brisbane office.
Together, they bring extensive project experience, established client relationships and a deep understanding of BRD Group’s approach to delivering quality outcomes.
Their appointments formally recognise the leadership they already provide while positioning them to play an even greater role in the future direction of the business.
Building Careers Within the Business
One of the most significant aspects of Andrew and Jamin’s appointments is that both have developed their careers within BRD Group.
Andrew’s journey spans 25 years with the business, representing an exceptional depth of experience and knowledge. Over that time, he has contributed to BRD Group’s development while building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and industry partners.
Jamin’s appointment comes as he celebrates 10 years with BRD Group. During that time, he has continued to develop his technical, project and leadership capabilities and now shares leadership within our Brisbane office as a Director.
Their career progression demonstrates the value of investing in people for the long term and creating opportunities for talented team members to grow alongside the business.
For BRD Group, developing future leaders internally is an important part of maintaining continuity while continuing to evolve.

With Andrew located within our Sunshine Coast office and Jamin within our Brisbane office, their appointments also strengthen BRD Group’s leadership presence across South East Queensland.
Local leadership plays an important role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring teams have the support they need to deliver successful projects.
At the same time, collaboration between our offices allows BRD Group to draw on the knowledge, experience and capabilities of the broader team.
