Lisa is a Designer at BRD Group’s Brisbane office, bringing over two years of industry experience and a dual Diploma in Building Design and Interior Design. She thrives in the collaborative environment at BRD Group, working alongside senior team members to expand her skills while contributing to projects alongside colleagues at varying levels of experience.

Lisa takes a proactive approach to her work, excelling under pressure and enjoying the challenge of meeting deadlines. She values the variety her role offers, which allows her to gain a broad perspective on the building industry. With aspirations to one day hold her Building Designer License, Lisa actively seeks opportunities to learn from those around her and deepen her professional expertise.

A highlight of her career has been contributing to projects from initial concept through to completion, relishing the satisfaction of seeing a tangible outcome from her work. She also enjoys BRD Group’s culture of teamwork, support, and respect, which makes every day both engaging and rewarding.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys an active, outdoors-focused lifestyle. She loves camping, exploring markets, and embracing nature, as well as sampling Brisbane’s diverse restaurant scene, particularly Asian cuisine. Originally from Geelong, Lisa has lived in Boyne Island before settling in Brisbane, which she enjoys for its central location and opportunities. Among her travel goals is a lap of Australia, and on her bucket list is the unforgettable experience of holding a wombat.
