Josh is a valued and long-standing member of the BRD Group team, having contributed to the business for over nine years. He holds a Diploma of Building Design and Technology along with a Certificate II in Information Technology, bringing both technical expertise and strong design capability to his role. After initially pursuing Structural Engineering, Josh discovered his passion for building design and has since built a successful career in the industry spanning more than a decade.

An integral part of the team, Josh plays a key role in mentoring and supporting colleagues, overseeing workflow and contributing to the professional growth of those around him. In addition to managing his own design projects, he regularly liaises with clients and consultants to ensure projects progress efficiently and outcomes align with expectations. Known for his positive mindset and solutions-focused approach, Josh is driven by strong client relationships and delivering successful project outcomes.

Josh values the collaborative culture at BRD Group, where continuous learning, knowledge sharing and teamwork are central to daily practice. He enjoys the diversity of projects on offer, from residential homes through to large-scale developments including towers and shopping centres and is committed to continuing to expand his skills while taking on greater responsibility within the business.

Born and raised on the Sunshine Coast, Josh embraces the coastal lifestyle, spending his downtime surfing, skating and enjoying the outdoors. He shares his home with his brother, partner and their dachshund and French Bulldog. A fan of travel, Bali remains a favourite destination, with plans to one day book a surfing charter through Fiji. Outside of work, you’ll likely find Josh staying active or enjoying a relaxed Italian meal with a Peroni.
