Brenden joined BRD Group as a Director during a pivotal stage of growth, bringing with him extensive experience gained across Australia and the United Kingdom. After several years designing in London, he returned to the Sunshine Coast before settling in Brisbane, where he continues to shape the future of building design. Brenden holds advanced Building Design qualifications, an Open Class Building Design Licence with the QBCC, and is also a registered Building Designer with the VBA in Victoria.

A respected and influential voice within the industry, Brenden has served as the Chair of Advocacy for Building Design Queensland for five years, during which time he was appointed a Fellow of the organisation. He currently holds the position of National Chair for Advocacy with the BDAA. His ongoing commitment to advocacy reflects his belief in supporting, elevating and educating building design professionals—an ethos that is deeply embedded within the culture of BRD Group. Under his leadership, team members are actively encouraged and supported to pursue continuous professional development and lifelong learning.

As Director and Principal Designer, Brenden leads with a hands-on approach across staff management, workflow oversight, client engagement and concept direction. Renowned for his depth of knowledge and technical capability, he brings exceptional skill in building design, documentation and design management. His portfolio spans award-winning projects across Master-Planned Communities, Industrial and Commercial developments, Corporate Retail, Large-Scale Shopping Centres, Hospitality, Aged Care, Childcare, Service Stations, Fast Food, Multi-Residential and bespoke Residential design.
