Design Management
Design management is about guiding a project from concept to completion with expertise, precision and oversight. BRD Group’s design management team brings over two decades of experience, backed by independent third-party certification. We hold a PQC Level 3 rating with the Queensland Government for building design and are internationally accredited through BSI to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015, ensuring every project meets rigorous global standards.
Our end-to-end design management services support clients through every stage of the building process, from initial consultation and concept development to approvals, certification, and final delivery. We coordinate scheduling, manage project specifications, oversee contract administration, and conduct inspections to ensure compliance and quality at every stage.
