Reflecting on Botanica Riverside - An Award-Winning Design

Each year the national design award is hotly contested by large developers and metro design companies, so to have taken out the accolades was certainly an impressive feat for the well-established Sunshine Coast firms. 

Grant remains passionate about the Botanica Riverside development and the fact that it was able to demonstrate that new developments in key locations can provide additional housing without overpopulation or detrimental impacts on the vistas across the Coast. Botanica Riverside became home to predominantly local buyers at retirement age who were seeking to downsize but not willing to compromise on lifestyle or location. The tightly held development is tipped to have significantly increased in value since completion and since being awarded the top honours.
