Parklands Shopping Centre and Tavern is a modern, combined complex servicing a growth area.

​

The centre provides an anchor supermarket, Aldi, speciality retail shops, medical and family tavern. These varying uses have been allocated in 3 separate buildings that allow easy connection between each, and easy access from the ground level parking.

The building form incorporates varying skillion roofs, a mixture of heavy and lightweight wall construction, and extensive landscaping.
