Brad W.E Read - Managing Director

Brad Read is the Managing Director of BRD Group and holds an open class Building Design license with the Queensland Building & Construction Commission (QBCC). Brad has completed two degrees in Architecture as well as a Business Management course with the Royal Australian Institute of Architects. 

Brad formed Brad Read Design Pty Ltd in 2000, which he operated for 8 years prior to forming BRD Group in 2008. Brad is recognised with numerous design awards and has proven to be a very gifted and creative designer.

His ability to interpret a client's brief and design buildings that are practical, stunning and within a client's budget is what sets Brad apart from most other Building Designers in the industry.

Brenden J. Creed - Director

Principal Building Designer

Brisbane Office Manager

 

Brenden Creed is a multi-faceted design professional with a background in both Building Design and Drafting. As a Director of BRD Group, he holds an open Building Design License with the QBCC. Brenden has worked in both Australia and the UK in design for over 6 years, owned and operated his own Building Design and Drafting firm for a further 8 years before joining with Brad Read to form BRD Group in 2008. 

Brenden is knowledgeable across all stages of project delivery including design, documentation and contract admin. He is experienced within a diverse selection of sectors including master-planned developments, industrial, commercial, retail, hospitality, aged care, childcare and residential.

Cameron C. Lincoln - Director

Principal Building Designer

Sunshine Coast Office Manager

 

Cameron Lincoln holds a low-rise Building Design license with the QBCC and specialises in residential projects. After creating and running a successful small Building Design company in Buderim Queensland since 2008, Cameron's company merged with BRD Group in late 2020. Cameron has been involved with the building, construction and design industry for more than 40 years after starting out as a carpenter before obtaining his building license. As a carpenter and builder, Cameron has worked on a wide array of building projects including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality and retail. He has also been involved with cadastral surveying working in the family survey practice. Through his years as a hands-on worker in the trade, Cameron has developed an eye for solutions using his ingenuity - making him an expert when it comes to Building Design services. 

A current Chairman and Delegate of the Sunshine Coast Building Designers Association of Australia, Cameron undertakes regular professional development to ensure he is up to date with current practice and to ensure clients receive the best possible service.
