Andrew is Brad Read Design Group's longest serving staff member, having commenced his career with the company in September 2001 as an Architectural Technician. Andrew’s initial interests in graphics in his school years progressed into design with his love of contemporary architecture. 

“I get immense satisfaction when looking at or walking through a constructed building I have worked on.  Architecture is something that surrounds us everywhere so it is good to say I did that! I like the challenge that comes from the varying projects our company produces.  I have been involved with many different projects from prestige homes to high density unit developments, each with their own unique design and challenges.” 

Kelly commenced her career with Brad Read Design Group in September 2009 as an Interior Designer.  Her initial interests in the arts soon progressed into Interior Design so that her creation had a function.  Kelly loves the basic elements of all architecture, from the simplicity of modern architecture or the decorative elements of art deco and traditional architecture, to the simple rawness of materials found in industrial architecture and environmental projects.  Kelly draws inspiration from materials and products and how they are used, other designers and the environment. 

"When working on a project I love the challenges that are presented, finding new solutions, or products which will work more efficiently, be more cost effective and those offering a long lifespan.  My aim is to obtain not just positive feedback at the completion of a project but exuberance over the end result”.

Stacey commenced her career with Brad Read Design Group in April 2006 as a Trainee Architectural Draftsperson. She has recently completed her Diploma of Building Design and Technology and has now progressed to Senior Architectural Draftsperson. As a child Stacey was fascinated by drawings of houses so when deciding on a career path there was no question but to follow her childhood visions. Her ambition is to further her career by gaining more knowledge within the industry. Stacey’s penchant is for modern, bright, and open planned designs with a ‘beachy feel’. 

"I do love and admire all the heritage sandstone buildings in Brisbane, such as the courthouse and state library.  I find the detail and scale of such buildings amazing. I enjoy commencing a new project, developing a relationship with a client and transforming their design dreams into a reality".

Brad commenced his career with Brad Read Design Group in July 2009 as a Trainee Architectural Technician. He is currently completing his Diploma of Building Design and Technology. During his time with Brad Read Design Group, Brad has gained experience working on a range of projects including hospitality, commercial and residential. As the most recent trainee to join Brad Read Design Group, Brad is looking forward to his involvement in a wide range of projects, and developing his own design and documentation skills.

"My favourite design styles are the very modern expressionist buildings with lots of 'guts and strength', which gives lots of scope to explore the boundaries of design and construction."

Diane joined Brad Read Design Group in January 2006 as the company’s Business Administrator.  She oversees the preparation of financial reports, direct investment activities, and implements cash management strategies.   Diane is also responsible for data analysis and is abreast with the latest computer technology to increase the efficiency of Brad Read Design Group’s financial operations.

"My interest in financial operations began with my keen interest in day to day world financial affairs, which is ever changing and affects us all".

Amanda has been employed with Brad Read Design Group since 2003 as the company’s office administrator.  She is responsible for day to day administrative requirements and for the ongoing development and maintenance of the company's advertising and promotional requirements.  Amanda is currently undertaking a Diploma of Graphic Design, specialising in Advertising and Multi-Media with the Commercial Arts Training College. She also assists the business administrator in her daily activities.

"My initial interest in graphics began with photography and multimedia software. I decided to further my 'self-taught' skills into the commercial world by undertaking a Diploma in Commercial Arts which I will complete in early 2011'.
