Brad Read Design Group Pty Ltd commenced operation in August 2008 as a succession to Brad Read Design Pty Ltd, which commenced in August 2000. The company has a head office at Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast, and a second office at Loganholme, Brisbane.
Brad Read Design Group is a Building Design Company with a broad staff of building designers, interior designer’s draftspersons, human resources, and administrative personnel. The company specialises in a wide range of residential, interior, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects.
We are currently the preferred design consultant for 2 national/multi-national companies (Coles Group and Oaks Hotels) which has required design work on projects in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia, New Zealand and Dubai.

Brad Read, as the Managing Director, holds an open class building licence with the Building Services Authority which allows Brad Read Design Group to design and document projects of any size. Brad also holds an open class supervisors licence with the BSA allowing him to supervise and administer any sized project. Brad Read holds 2 degrees in Architecture and has completed a Business Management course with the Royal Institute of Architects. He has worked in an Architectural office for 15 years, and managed an Architectural Practice for 8 years.
Brenden Creed, as Director, holds a medium rise building design and supervisors licence which allows him to design and supervise any project up to and including 3 storeys.
The above licences and our expertise allow Brad Read Design Group as a registered Design Company to operate as per a traditional Architectural Practice. |

| Brad has resided and worked on the Sunshine Coast since 1985, initially working for Down & Neylan Architects for 15 years and then commencing Brad Read Design in 2000. While working with Down & Neylan he achieved the level of senior designer and also managed the Sunshine Coast Office for 8 years. Recent changes have seen the formation of Brad Read Design Group and the opening of an additional office in Brisbane. |

| Brenden J. Creed - Director |
| Brenden commenced his career as an Architectural Technician with Down & Neylan Architects on the Sunshine Coast in 1994. In 1998 he moved to London where he worked as an Architectural Technician / CAD Manager for Michael Sparks Associates & Rogers Partnership. Upon his return to Australia in 2000 Brenden joined Brad Read Design. In 2003 Brenden established his own business Creed Design and in 2008 he was invited to join the newly formed Brad Read Design Group as a director. |

Brad has extensive experience across a vast range of residential and commercial projects. His work spreads across the private sector, local government, and state government departments.

Brenden is a specialist in the use of AutoCad Software with over 15 years experience in the documentation of industrial, retail, commercial, multi-residential and private residential developments.
