Concept Design Stage

Following the Preliminary Phases, we progress into the Concept Design stage.  The documentation provided in this stage may include the following;

• Site / Floor Plans
• Basic Sections

An explanation of the design is given to the client.  As the name “concept design” suggests this is a starting point for the design process which evolves throughout the design stages.  The client is given time to review the concept design drawings prior to commencing the next stage.

Schematic / Development Approval Stage

This stage involves further development of the concept design to a presentation level, incorporating sufficient information to lodge for a Development Approval if necessary.  The documentation provided in this stage includes the following;
