Brad Read Design Group can perform a traditional contract administrator role should they require this service.  This stage typically involves the following;

• Tendering, tender queries, appoint the successful tenderer and compile the appropriate contracts
• Review of any Sub Contractor shop drawings, samples etc
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide reports where necessary
• Attend site meetings as requested
• Provide revised documentation as required
• Liaise with the Building Certifier and Council regarding inspections / approvals
• Respond to building contractor requests for information
• Conduct defect inspections and provide reports where necessary

Throughout the entire project phases Brad Read Design Group is available to field any questions the client may have as we strive to achieve the best outcome for all of our projects.

Quite often a project may not require the full service of Contract Administration in the traditional form.  In these cases Brad Read Design Group is happy to attend site inspections and meetings on a time charge basis.
